What are we looking for?

Our people are very important to us and we need our General Manager to be a true and proven leader, setting a high standard and ensuring we are continually improving. As we are a young business there is a lot of scope within this role to stamp your mark, be an integral part of our growth and help develop the blue print for further restaurant openings in the future.

Who are we?

It all started with a Bang, or a Banger Bar to be more precise...

On 4th July 2015 the three Kohn brothers, and their friend Will, decided to put The Jolly Hog sausages (that by now were very very tasty), in a banger bap and start selling them out of a pop-up sausage Bar...

They then found out that people wanted to enjoy more proper pork, so Will and The Jolly Hog got together again and on 17th October 2016, Pigsty was born... in a shipping container on Bristol’s Wapping Wharf.

This year we have opened our second site on Gloucester Road, which was originally James Brown & Sons, an old butchery that existed from 1890-1950 and traded solely in Pork!
